Requesting Assistance

Please know that you are LOVED by God and by us. Your need does NOT define you. We are here to listen, and to provide assistance, if able. It is important that you read through our policies and procedures for assistance requests before contacting us.

All requests start with a phone call, and will require a working phone number and email address so that we can complete the intake process. Please make sure you provide this information when leaving us a voicemail.

You will be required to complete a full intake, provide references, and submit documents. Your request cannot be processed without your full cooperation. You will have one week to get all needed documents and information to us before we close your case.

All information shared with us will be kept confidential. We value your privacy, and will only share information that you've given us permission to share. Sometimes, that is necessary to verify and request help from other agencies.

We are NOT an emergency crisis agency. Our process can take two-four weeks. If you need help today, we can only refer you to another agency.

We make no guarantee of being able to help. If no financial resources are available through our church partners and agencies, we can provide referrals and other connections.

We do NOT provide financial assistance for the following:

  • Rent/utilities more than two months behind

  • Active evictions

  • Storage units

  • Pet expenses

  • Extremely high (unreasonable) amounts

We do NOT accept indirect requests, someone calling on behalf of someone else. We must speak directly with the person requesting or needing assistance.

We are pleased to offer all neighbors the opportunity to participate in mentoring programs and classes. These are designed to provide long term support, and tools that will equip you to flourish.

Thrive Program
(coming soon)

Online courses paired with one-on-one mentoring to develop goals in significant life areas to lead them on a pathway to sustainability and success, including Budgeting Basics, Successful Homelife, Mental Health, Healthy Relationships, Spiritual Life, Healthy Parenting, and Addiction Recovery.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance may be available for: rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation, medical care, home repairs, etc. Not all requests will be met, restrictions apply, and requirements must be met.

Material Assistance

We have connections to help provide things like food, clothing, furniture needs, and other tangible items you might need to succeed. These items will be provided through Gap Ministry programs at our partner churches.

Network Classes

Several of our network churches and organizations offer classes and programs each semester. Things like ESL, computer skills, Bible studies, relational seminars. We'd be happy to enroll you in any of these ever changing offerings, based on the issues you're facing in your life.
