Benedict Fitzgerald at the Bonita Christian Forum, First Presbyterian Church, 9751 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs. This event is FREE to the public. A free-will offering will be taken, and the Bonita Christian Forum will give 10% of the offering to Love INC.

Benedict Fitzgerald, the screen writer of The Passion of the Christ, will be the first speaker at the Bonita Christian Forum on Tuesday, November 17. Fitzgerald is a friend of Love INC board member Mike Iacampo, who during a visit to Fitzgerald in Los Angeles shared the vision of Love INC. Fitzgerald offered Mike a one-of-a-kind movie board from The Passion of the Christ signed by the director Mel Gibson, producer Steve McEveety, the actor who played Christ Jim Caviezel, and Fitzgerald himself, and he told Mike to sell it for the benefit of Love INC. This distinctive movie board has been exquisitely framed by Affordable Frame Design in Bonita Springs, and Love INC is looking for a motivated philanthropist to own this unique piece of art and support an important, new organization in our community. It will be on display at the Bonita Christian Forum on November 17.

Community Thanksgiving Eve Service

The night will feature a song service of Contemporary and Traditional songs along with prayers and scriptures by a fellowship of Pastors and Ministers from area churches. First Presbyterian Church, 9751 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs will host this service.

Second Annual Community Congregational Golf Outing

Community Congregational Church invites you to join them for a day of fellowship and fun, while benefiting a very worthwhile cause! On Saturday, December 12, Community Congregational Church will sponsor their SECOND ANNUAL FUNDRAISING GOLF SCRAMBLE to benefit Love INC, Love in the Name of Christ.

The tournament will take place at Spanish Wells Country Club located off of Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.

Festivities begin at 7:30 AM with practice and a shotgun start at 8:30 AM Coffee will be available at the registration tables outside the Pro Shop. Activities during play include contests such as longest drive and closest to the pin. There is a luncheon at the Spanish Wells Elegancia banquet room following play.

Fees are $100 per golfer which includes 18 holes of golf, cart, and luncheon. There is a non-golfer fee of $25 for anyone who would only like to attend the luncheon and take part in the raffle and silent auction starting at 1:00 PM. There are some fabulous prizes generously donated by local businesses specifically for this event.

Local businesses and individuals are also invited to support this tournament and showcase their business through a hole sponsorship.
